Dr. R. Gopalakrishnan, currently serving as the Professor, Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Dean-Administration & International Relations of at K.S. Rangasamy College of Technology in Tiruchengode, Tamil Nadu, holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Power Systems, from Anna University, Chennai, completed in 2015. With over 24 years of experience, he has held various positions in academia and industry. His academic journey includes an M.E. in Power Systems from Annamalai University in 2004, a B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bannari Amman Institute of Technology in 2000, and a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The Salem Polytechnic in 1997.

Dr. Gopalakrishnan's expertise extends to mentoring and research, evident from his role as the Chief Mentor at Idea Lab, GEMCP, and as an Expert Member of AICTE NEAT 3.0. He has been involved in numerous projects sanctioned by prestigious agencies like TNSCST, AICTE, DST, and others, focusing on innovation and educational development. Additionally, he has made significant contributions to academic publications and intellectual property, with 2 patents granted, 15 patents published, and 5 patents filed. His scholarly output includes 31 paper publications (15 in journals and 16 in conferences), reflecting his dedication to advancing knowledge and technology.

As a recognized Ph.D. supervisor at Anna University, he has supervised several scholars in diverse areas such as hybrid level set intelligent mechanisms, blockchain-enabled decentralized trust management, and optimal power quality management, among others. Currently, 1 scholar has completed.

Dr. R. His dedication to excellence continues to inspire and shape the next generation of engineers and researchers.

Dr. C. Rajasekaran has 23 years of teaching experience. A graduate in Electrical engineering, he received his Doctoral degree from Anna University, Chennai in 2015. His teaching methodology synchronises theoretical principles with practical applications, covering microcontrollers, real-time computing, and embedded software development comprehensively which invites students to work with him. His research areas include Embedded Systems, IoT, Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning applied to imaging and agricultural domain. He has filed 3 patents in his research areas and has got 2 granted. He has completed the AICTE funded project in Precision Agriculture as a principal Investigator. He is the co-investigator of the healthcare projects in AI & ML domains funded by DBT and SERB, India. He has organised a number of conferences, workshops and seminars including funded programs. His total funding is to the tune of 80 lakhs. His publications are in peer reviewed Journals like Elsevier, Springer, and IET. He presents his research regularly in IEEE conferences which include TENCON 2018 held in Malaysia, EMBC’19 in Germany, TENCON 2022 in Hongkong and TENCON 2023 in Thailand. He has also visited Malaysia twice for presenting papers. He has chaired session and received the ‘Best paper Award’ in ICFSP in France in 2018. He is a senior member of IEEE and is the student branch counsellor since 2010. He has 5 Ph.D. research scholars under him, currently pursuing in Anna University, Chennai. Specializing in Embedded Systems, he is the founder of Mindnics Private Limited, a startup for Customized Electronic product development.

Dr. M. K. Elango, had completed his B.E. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Adhiyamaan College of Engineering, Madras University, Chennai, M.E. degree in Power System Engineering at Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Annamalai University, Chidambaram and Ph.D. degree at Anna University in the years 1997, 2004 and 2012 respectively. He was a University First Rank Holder in his Master’s Degree. He has 27 years of teaching experience and research experience of 15 years. He is working in K. S. Rangasamy College of Technology from 1997 at different levels like Lecturer, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor and Professor. His research work focuses on “Efficient energy management system for Renewable energy sources” and “Intelligent controllers for Power Quality Analysis”. 01 Ph.D Scholar is doing their research under his supervision. He has supervised 24 PG scholars. He has guided 25 UG projects. He has published 19 international journal papers. He handled a sponsored project sanctioned by Tamil Nadu State Council for Science and Technology. He received total of grants Rs 7, 14,000 from ATAL(AICTE), AICTE, and IEI to conduct various faculty development program and completed successfully. He is doing consultancy to the Poultry Farms and Hospitals for improvement of their operations and productivity. He was selected as one of the Finalists for the “Best Techno Faculty Award” conducted by ICTACT a couple of times. He was a topper in NPTEL Examinations three times for the courses, Microprocessor and Microcontroller and Smart Grid Technologies and Microprocessor and Interfacing conducted by IITs. He had attended 12 National and 21 International conferences, 23 workshops, 05 STC and 03 seminars. He had organized 05 workshops, 09 conferences and delivered more than 25 lectures. Under his support, the Outcome Based Education (OBE) has been successfully= implemented in the department and the UG degree programme (B.E.-EEE) is accredited twice by the NBA (Latest is under TIER I Category) and PG Degree in Power Electronics and Drives once.

Dr. P. Aravindan is working as a Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at K.S. Rangasamy College of Technology. He completed his B.E. degree from SASTRA University in 1993, followed by an M.E. degree from Annamalai University in 2003, and earned his Ph.D. from Anna University in 2015. He has 22 years of teaching and industrial experience.

His research interests include renewable energy resources, energy auditing, power electronics applications in power systems, and fast-charging stations for electric vehicles. He has successfully installed and maintains a 0.75 MW grid-connected rooftop solar power generation system on the campus and serves as the Professor In-Charge of the HT Power House.

Dr. Aravindan has made significant contributions to academia through his research publications, with more than 20 papers published in international refereed journals and over 20 papers presented at international conferences. He actively organizes and chairs technical sessions at both national and international conferences.

His professional affiliations include membership in esteemed organizations such as The Institution of Engineers (India), where he is recognized as a Chartered Electrical Engineer and Fellow Member, and Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE). Dr. P. Aravindan is dedicated to advancing research, teaching, and professional service in the field of renewable energy and sustainable electrical engineering solutions.

Dr. T. Venkatesan is a professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at K.S.Rangasamy College of Technology. He has received a B.E. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Regional Engineering College, Tiruchirappalli, in 1997, the M.E. degree in Power System Engineering from Annamalai University, India, in 2002, and a Ph.D. from Anna University, Chennai, in 2013. He has been teaching for 26 years in total. His research interests include energy management, economic dispatch, and unit commitment problem solution using soft computing techniques, Photovoltaic systems, Facts Devices, Matrix Converters, and Intelligent Techniques. He has mentored seven scholars in completing their Ph.D. and has been guiding four Ph.D. scholars at the moment. He has published more than 44 papers in international referred journals and 16 conference papers. He is a reviewer for reputed journals. He is involved in many international conferences as the technical chair. He is an active member of ISTE.

Mr. S. Srinivasan is a Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at K.S. Rangasamy College of Technology. He has received a B.E. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and M.E. degree in Power System Engineering from Annamalai University. He has been teaching experience for 27.5 years in total. His research interests is Power System. He has published more than 07 papers in international referred journals and 13 conference papers. He is an active life member in ISTE.

Dr. R. Balamurugan is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering, K.S.Rangasamy College of Technology, Tiruchengode. He has received his M.E and Ph.D. degree from Anna University, Chennai during 2007 and 2012 respectively. He has a teaching experience of 17.06 years in total. His research interests include Power Electronics and Drives, Electric Vehicle, Power Quality and Intelligent Control of drives. He has published more than 34 papers in International refereed journals and 30 papers in conferences. Additionally, he has 02 granted design patents with 05 published patents to his credit. He has authored a book on Internet of Things and 02 book chapters. He is a recognized supervisor at Anna University, Chennai, with 02 scholars having completed their research under his guidance and currently mentoring 06 research scholars. He is a reviewer for reputed journals like, IEEE transactions on Industrial Electronics, Journal of Electrical Engineering and Technology, International Journal of Power and Energy systems, International Journal of Power Electronics and Drive Systems, International Transactions on Electrical Energy Systems, Asian Journal of Control and Conferences. He has also been acted as the Remote Centre Coordinator/AVIEW Coordinator/QEEE Coordinator at the institutional level for Faculty Development Programs (FDP) and Short-Term Training Programs (STTP) organized by IIT Bombay, IIT Kharagpur and IIT Madras. He received Best Faculty Award in year of 2014-2015. He is an active member of ISTE, IE(I) and IAENG.

Dr. R. Radhamani is Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering, K. S. Rangasamy College of Technology. She has received her B.E from Periyar University and M.E. degree from Anna University, Chennai in the year 2004 and 2010 respectively. She has a teaching experience of 19 years in total. Her research interests include Power Electronics, Electrical Drives, Computational techniques and Electric Vehicle Technology. She currently working in the research area focusing on harmonic minimization in inverter. She has published more than 06 papers in International refereed Journals and 15 papers in international Conferences. She is an active member of ISTE. She has guided 10 PG and 20 UG projects. She had attended 20 workshops, 07 FDP and 08 seminars. He had organized many events and delivered more than 05 lectures.

Dr. M. Shyamalagowri currently serves as Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering and as the Head of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) at K.S. Rangasamy College of Technology, Tiruchengode, Tamil Nadu. She holds a B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from K.S. Rangasamy College of Technology (2001), an M.E. in Control Systems from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore, and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Control Systems from Anna University, Chennai, awarded in 2018. With over 24 years of teaching experience, She is widely recognized for her academic excellence, impactful research, and leadership in institutional quality assurance. She plays a key administrative role as an IQAC Coordinator and Member of the Governing Council. She has successfully secured over ₹18 lakhs in training and development grants from funding agencies such as AICTE, DST-NIMAT, NAAC, and ATAL. She also serves as a Chief Mentor under the AICTE Margadarshan Scheme, guiding three mentee institutions. A member of professional bodies including ISTE, IAENG, ISSSE, and IFERP, she has published over 30 research papers in reputed Scopus indexed and Web of Science-indexed journals. Her primary research interests include electric vehicles, renewable energy systems, control engineering, and IoT-based applications. She has authored books and contributed chapters published by leading academic publishers such as CRC Press, Taylor & Francis, IGI Global, and others. She has reviewed more than 35 papers for prestigious international journals and conferences, including Nonlinear Dynamics, ISA Transactions, and Proc. IMechE. She has delivered presentations at over 70 national and international conferences and holds patents in smart system and renewable energy technologies. An active participant in faculty development programmes, NPTEL courses, and academic workshops, she is also a certified Innovative Ambassador, committed to fostering academic innovation, quality enhancement, and research-driven education.

Dr. R. Banupriya is working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at K.S.R. College of Technology. She completed her UG and PG degrees from Anna University, Chennai in the years 2010 and 2012 respectively. She has a total of 14 years of experience, including 12 years of teaching experience and 2 years of industrial experience. Her research interests include Power Electronics, Electrical Drives, Industrial Automation and Renewable Energy. She has published more than 7 papers in International Journals and 10 papers in International Conferences. She has attended 14 workshops, 10 Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs), and 5 seminars. She has guided more than 20 UG projects and more than 10 PG projects in total. She has organized and coordinated many academic and technical events. She is also serving as an AICTE Coordinator and IQAC Coordinator.

Dr. D. Sri Vidhya's is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering and IPR Coordinator at K.S. Rangasamy College of Technology, Tiruchengode. She has received her M.E and Ph.D. degree from Anna University, Chennai. She has also completed her PG in High performance computing from CAD-Pune. She has a teaching experience of 15 years in total. Her extensive research spans various domains, including Electrical Drives, Artificial Intelligence, Converters, Renewable Energy Sources and Electric vehicle. Her contributions are evident through 30 publications in esteemed journals and presentations at international conferences, 20 patent published, 1 granted design patent and 2 copy right registered. Her remarkable publications include IEEE Transaction, SPRINGER etc. Her impactful work, such as designing innovative Matrix converter motor drive systems and exploring IoT applications for fault identification in smart grids, showcases her commitment to advancing technology in both academia and industry. Dr. D. Sri Vidhya's research endeavors extend beyond academia, exemplified by her TNSCST sanctioned project focusing on developing an electrical wheelchair for disabled individuals. She is an active member of ISTE and IE(I).

Ms. N. Kayalvizhi is working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, K S Rangasamy College of Technology, Tiruchengode. She has received her M.E degree from Anna University, Chennai. She has 22 years of teaching experience. Her research interests include Power systems, and Smart Grid Technology. She has published more than 5 papers in International Refereed Journals and 4 papers in Conferences. She is an active member of ISTE.

Mr.Thangadurai A. is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at K.S.Rangasamy College of Technology, Tiruchengode - 637 215, Tamil Nadu, India. He received M.E. degree with specialization of Embedded System Technologies from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Anna University of Technology, Coimbatore in 2010 and obtained B.E. degree with specialization of Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Anna University Chennai in 2007. He has teaching experience of about 15 years. He is an active life member of professional bodies like ISTE, ISoI, BMESI & ISSE. His area of interest includes Biomedical Instrumentation, Soft Computing, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

Mr. N. Rajasekaran is a assistant professor in the department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering working at K.S.Rangasamy college of Technology. He has received his M.E degree from Anna University Coimbatore. He has a teaching experience 13.7 years in total. His research interest include Electrical insulating Materials, Electrical Machines, Control systems and Power systems. He is currently working with research focusing on finding new insulating material suitable for electrical cable applications. He has published more than 10 paper in international journal publications. He has published 4 patent. His student project was funded by IEEEMA. He has secured GATE score in the year 2012 & 2013. He has organized more than 8 events to intercollege students. He has acted as resource person to other colleges. He is involved in International Conferences as Technical Chair. He is an active member of ISTE since 2013.

Ms. S. Jaividhya, Assistant Professor, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, K.S.Rangasamy College of Technology. She has received her M.E. degree from Anna University, Chennai. She has a teaching experience of 13.5 years in total. Her research interests include Power systems, Smart grid, Artificial Intelligent Techniques. She is currently working in research area focusing on Smart grid, Transmission system, Phasor measurement unit, Phase data concentrator. She has published 08 papers in IEEE International Conferences and one in journal. She received top performing mentor certificate from NPTEL. She has authored one book chapter and published three patents. She is an active member in ISTE, Readers Club, Cultural club.

Mr. M. Dhanapal working as a Assistant Professor in the department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, K.S.Rangasamy college of Technology, Tiruchengode. He has received his M.E degree from Anna University Chennai. He has a teaching experience of 12.6 years. His research interest includes Power systems, Smart grid and Machine Learning. He is currently pursuing research on Smart Micro grids. He has published more than 6 paper in International Journals and 7 papers in International Conferences. He has published 4 patents and 1 book chapter. He has organized more than 3 value added courses and more than 6 one credit courses to the students. He was awarded “SAP Excellence for Top Performer” among participants through nation-wide engineering colleges in Four Week AICTE approved FDP by IIT Bombay on “Use of ICT in Education for Online and Blended Learning”. Mr. E. Chandrakumar is a Assistant Professor in the department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering working at K.S. Rangasamy college of Technology. He has received his M.E degree from Anna University Chennai. He has a teaching experience 3.2 years in total. His research interest includes Electronic Product Design, Embedded System, Power System, Electric Vehicle. He is currently working in research area focusing on Electric Vehicle. He has published 01 book chapter. He has received Startup fund of Rs.7.5 Lakhs from MSME – for the project “SAFETECH PEN”. Mr. P. Karthik is a assistant professor in the department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering working at K.S.Rangasamy college of Technology.
